This office park was masterplanned in 1996 for initial development of approximately 43 acres. Since then, the project has grown to incorporate more that 450 contiguous acres for multi-purpose development. Street design and infrastructure was a major part of the design work, which was closely coordinated with utilities companies, Trinity River Authority, and the City of Farmer's Branch. A TIFF was established to help fund much of the infrastrure improvements. At present, approximately 500,000 square has been built.
